Long term relationship Thomas has been working with me for well over a year to help me with my then current vehicle and also to help get me out of my situation and in to a n Thomas has been working with me for well over a year to help me with my then current vehicle and also to help get me out of my situation and in to a new one. I'm used to the typical salesman that would have pressured me from the get go to make their commissions whether it was right for me or not. Thomas was the opposite and patiently worked with me for over a year ensuring the decision I made was right for me! At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision that didn't feel right, but yet he kept up the high level of service and continued to help me along the way. I finally pulled the trigger the other day and couldn't be happier. The nice thing is I know I will have ongoing support should I need it in the future. Can't recommend Thomas enough! As a side note, I pass up two similar dealerships very close to me to go see Thomas and the rest of the staff at Deery of Ames. More
