After Matt explained what all was wrong with the Jeep, in a very thorough, helpful, and patient way, we found out it was going to cost more to fix than I paid for the car (eep). Since it happened to be during the Push, Pull, Drag event, I was able to look at some used cars on the lot with the help of Marc and Josh. They were both very professional (and patient with my wanting to see +4 cars to make sure I found the right fit). Even though it was a struggle to get my financing and insurance secured initally, Josh was a great help and so nice to work with, and even missed out on some personal obligations to stay several hours after to close just to help me. At the end of the process, Jason was great and made the paperwork and payment easy to understand and as painless as possible. Also, he wears great colorful sweaters. :) Tl;dr: great service, i'm glad that I ran into everyone I did. All four of these folks deserve kudos. More
