Worst ever experience I gave my car for complete diagnosis of the engine as I saw oil leakage all over the engine. After full diagnosis, I was told there are no leaks and t I gave my car for complete diagnosis of the engine as I saw oil leakage all over the engine. After full diagnosis, I was told there are no leaks and the leak could possibly dye to loose engine cap. I asked them to confirm that there is no problem with the head gasket or gasket cover. I was told that they need do the diagnosis again and I was told that I need to pay the 2nd diagnosis charge. I was also told that I will not be charged the whole diagnosis fee. I was really upset but said to go ahead as I wanted the root cause for the oil leakage. After the 2nd diagnosis, it was confirmed that there was no problem with the head gasket or gasket cover. Since the remaining repair costs are very high, i told the service guy that I wanted to get the repairs done elsewhere. When I went to pay and pick up the car, I saw charge for 2 full diagnoses plus a separate charge for oil clean up of the engine and some other charges. Since there were no service people available to talk about the charges, I just paid and got the keys. However, when I went to my car and checked under the hood, there was still so much oil leakage. Since my contact (Jerald Dyson) was out on the weekends I sent an email the next week asking for some clarification on the diagnosis and charges. I still have not received any response, either by email or phone call and it has been about 2 weeks now. When I took the car to my other regular place, Firestone, they. Howe’s and explained clearly what the problem is with gasket/ gasket cover. I had it replaced immediately (have the receipt also). I never thought that Toyota dealership does this type of service( very inaccurate diagnosis) and over charges for nothing. I don’t ever take my car to dealership for service at either this location or any location. More

Del Toyota not only fit me in the next day, but they offered to let me drop off my car the night before and had it finished hours earlier than expected - well before I was even finished at work the next day! Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the process very easy, including figuring out my warranty coverage for some of the parts I needed replaced. I will definitely continue to bring my Camry back for future services! More
