Terrible scheduling and communication Called ahead and stated I needed My car by noon on a Saturday. I called Once and was told it would be ready by noon, called at noon said it was going to be a little later probably around 1:30. So I call At 1:30 and I am Told it will be done by 2:30. I was Never called and told that it would be later then expected. I had To cancel my plans for the afternoon due to my vehicle not being ready which I only scheduled because I was told it would be ready. If I didn’t have to use del Toyota for inspections oil changed and other services I wouldn’t. More
