In less than a minute David appeared and he promptly confirmed the oil change work order and ushered me to the entrance leading to the customer waiting area. In a bit less than an hour an attendant came to me and said the work was completed. The final step in a seamless process was to meet again with David and a colleague, sign a copy of the work document, and I was on my way. The icing on the cake was the oil change was free.
