When I called the dealership I was to meet with one of When I called the dealership I was to meet with one of thre salemen . but due to an illnees I was handed off to Philip. He asked why I was there , When I called the dealership I was to meet with one of thre salemen . but due to an illnees I was handed off to Philip. He asked why I was there , for new or used. I explained that I needed a safe and economical car. I told Philip that I do a lot of driving delivering papers at night so i needed something that would hold up. Philip at that point showed me a few cars and then helped with my paperwork. Now what set him apart from other salespersons was that unlike his counter parts , he stayed with me the whole time I was there. Even when he needed to speak to the manager Philip came right back. He didnt hang out in the office avoiding me. When Philip came back he explain to me that I was good to go but that He was sorry but I needed to come back the next day. I was late in the evening and the banks were closed. Had this been another saleman and had he treated me like I shouldn't have been there anyway I would have never came back. When I showed up the next day it was just as I had never left. Philip met me at the door ready to go and made this the best experience I had ever had at a car lot.
