I asked about extended warranty, Lin said it was available. I explained that I had researched the value of my car and specified an amount I was comfortable with but that was not an offer. Regarding the sale the appraisal of my car was shared which was the amount I had said. There was no negotiation involved. No mention of extended warranty was not mentioned until signing of papers. Lin had just included it as a courtesy. Lin is a very sharp salesperson. More
