Lack of follow up. Mistakes made on preferred car rating Sales person was to order and send touch up paint to us. Called three times asking if it was coming. never did. Car was rated a preferred used car. Sales person was to order and send touch up paint to us. Called three times asking if it was coming. never did. Car was rated a preferred used car. Review sticker indicated all was ok when we looked at it. Found out that there was a small hole in windshield, dealer replaced. After driving the car about 500 mile learned that there was an exhaust leak that made a "puttering sound." Was fixed at another dealer. Concern as to what other items may have been glossed over by the reviewing mechanic. More

Not fixed and grease on my hands too My car kept dying and refusing to start. Took it in, spent $1700. Got halfway home, Still dying, now new warnings on dash. When they did call, all they offered was to charge me for another $1000 worth of repairs. Charged another diagnose fee after having spent $$$ to have problem diagnosed and fixed last time!! I paid the fee, I reclaimed my still broken vehicle, I get home and my hands are stained with grease left on my steering wheel! I really feel disappointed after having read such glowing reviews. More
