After Contacting My Sales Consultant Matt Foster the Issue was resolved by Service Technician Willie Chandler and Service Manager Chuck Oliver. absolutely outrageous as far as pricing in the service department! wanted just under 600.00 dollars for 2 fuses and said I needed a new antenna as mine is leaking into the headliner. I bought the two fuse department! wanted just under 600.00 dollars for 2 fuses and said I needed a new antenna as mine is leaking into the headliner. I bought the two fuses 9.95 and the antenna is finr--i caucked around base and stopped the leak-- antenna is fine! Was then charged 99.00 for tech. fee which involved 15 min.of diagnostic. We all are in business to make a profit, but not to rip people off!!! Have a good life and don't bother calling me our relationship is non existent any longer!! More
