Never courteous to my wife We've never been happy with the service department here. The only reason I go is because it's the closest for warranty work. The most recent visit causes me to wonder why they scheduled an appointment. We were there on time and they didn't even look at the problem that day. My wife was out of a car for a day and a half and then she had to call and see if it was fixed. No communication. They fixed nothing. Same problems. Every time my wife interacts with these servicemen, they're rude to her. More
I was taken care of by Chuck and Matt very professionally. I had and have had trouble getting a hold of anybody in service for some time. My wife and I had left messages in the past without a return phone call. My warranty was real close to expiring so i drove to the dealership so i could talk to someone. They explained that they hadn't had a service manager for a month and the calls were going to the general voicemail and they were not given to the appropriate people. A gentlemen was listening to our conversation and when I was told that they were booked until August 1st., I got a little irritated and this gentlemen spoke up and said to bring it in on Monday July 22nd. It was Friday the 19th. I was pleased and he introduced himself as the new service manager, Chuck Oliver. He gave me his business card with his office and cell number and said I could can him anytime with any concerns. I was very pleased. I brought in in on the 22nd. and they repaired the issue and I picked it up the following day. It was all covered under warranty. I was very pleased with the service I received. More

Outstanding service! I came in for an oil change without realizing I needed to make an appointment. I scheduled an appointment, then I mentioned that my tire pressure was I came in for an oil change without realizing I needed to make an appointment.
