Unreal I have some issues with my Acura RDX. I called to make an appointment told the person everything that was wrong asked how much it would cost to see what the issues were and she quoted me I called to make an appointment told the person everything that was wrong asked how much it would cost to see what the issues were and she quoted me $85. I come for my appointment and she then says over $200 she said it was $85 per issue. I said I wasn't told that and she said do you want my team to work for nothing. Unreal I bought my car here well old location and will never buy from them again if this is how the operate. Oh yeah asked for a manager but no manager on duty for another 1hr and 1/2. Great customer service. More

We were pressured by sales staff (Jeff and AJ) to complete the sale without a test drive. Upon taking delivery, we discovered that multiple mechanical and safety features were disengaged and the vehicle was not properly prepared for sale, which presented a significant safety risk. The car was also delivered in an unclean state, with plastic wrap still inside. When I returned to the dealership to address these safety concerns, a manager named Rob attempted to divert the conversation toward an unrelated window tinting issue. He used verbal pressure, claiming anyone involved with the tint would be fired. When I insisted on discussing the core safety issues—specifically, that the brakes and lane-assist mechanisms were not operating correctly—he refused to engage. He then entered my vehicle without permission as I was leaving. This behavior was intimidating and inappropriate, and I had to make a phone call to have him exit. Ultimately, we were forced to take the new Acura to another dealership, Palm Beach Acura, to have the mechanics properly activated and demonstrated. Palm Beach Acura also professionally detailed the car. Delray Acura/Honda failed to deliver a safe, properly-prepared vehicle and refused to address serious safety concerns in a professional manner. Don’t recommend, I purchased a 2022 Certified used car with only 1,400 miles. I wish I remember the finance manager to write his name, but he’s from New Orleans, couldn’t find him on dealer website. When I asked my interest rate he gave me a much higher than what I was pre approved for from other banks, so I told him I’ll come back with a check from my own bank since the rate was so much higher (I know they jack it up to make the difference). He then insinuated he would match it and magically made the payment lower. I assumed it was cause he matched the rate (now I noticed he added 3 months to the loan) I mentioned I had the pre approved for, my fault for trusting a shark and not confirming the rate. So now when I get my account set up I noticed it was the original high rate he mentioned, shady to say the least. So now I’ll refinance it just out of principal and already got quoted much lower rates. Keep in mind I have tier 1 credit. So definitely be careful with finance if you do decide to go there. But wait, there’s more, although luckily not as serious. I’m assuming due to the car being so low in miles they barely checked anything on the car. Cabin air filter was filthy, wipers were worn out and made noise, steering wheel is a bit crooked (I should have driven it longer when test drove to notice but didn’t bother since car was so low on miles) and didn’t have the jack wrench or anything else in case of a flat. All minor things and overall car is perfectly fine though so I could live with that part. But that tells me the car didn’t go through a good inspection whatsoever to get the certified classification, I’m guessing since car miles were so low they didn’t bother but just my guess. So due to those two reason, mostly the shady finance manager, I will never be returning to this dealer. I’ve had great experience with other Honda dealers and paid the price for having my guard down when I visited Del Rey Acura/Honda. Definitely never will again. More

The price advertised on pre-owned is absolutely misleading. They advertise one price but when they prepare the quote the vehicle has $2000 of added optional add ons already added by the dealer.
