Mr. Ryan purchased a vehicle from Delray Acura. Since he lives in Illinois, he made his own arrangements to have the vehicle picked up and sent to his residence. Delray Acura did not set this up, but just facilitated this action as a courtesy. Due to the registration being done out of state, in IL., the DMV took longer than expected. Everything has been finalized. We worked with him every step of the way on this and apologized for the prolonged time. Now Mr. Ryan alleges that he was being charged for items he did not receive. That is 100% false. Mr. Ryan knew and agreed to the added vehicle accessories, which includes tint, edge, door guards and more. We provided a copy of the work RO and his documentation, showing everything was included on the vehicle. We asked Mr. Ryan upon our many communications to include pictures of the vehicle showing these items were not included. We have not heard back from him. He is always welcome to call his salesperson Mr. Fegyner has always been available, as well as his finance manager Mr. Sosa. Thank You

Completely false! I showed the dealership my receipts that I paid in Illinois $1.600.00 worth for exterior protection. It’s funny how the original package that I paid for was mysteriously missing on the purchase agreement, however the $995 was rolled into the sales price. Like I said before. Run!.. don’t walk. Out this dealerships door. It’s nice they are responding now because they had no interest in responding when I had issues with my license plates and title that took months to resolve. Complete joke!

Ryan, after speaking with the management team and salesperson, the buyout does not include the sales tax, nor the $500 dealer fee. All of this is stated on the contract. We welcome you call Acura to confirm and then we could setup a time to discuss further with our GSM. He will be glad to itemize everything for you.

There is no confusion. The buyout from AFS was $28,919 with sales tax included. The buyout from Delray Acura was $31,047 with sales tax and $899 dealer fee included (and some other smaller fees). The $899 dealer fee is not stated in the lease agreement. The only thing that remains unclear is why Delray Acura would expect me to pay $2K more.
