This was my 2nd routine service appointment with this dealership and I am more than impressed. Despite running late for the appointment (I called to let them know I would be late), I was still joyfully a dealership and I am more than impressed. Despite running late for the appointment (I called to let them know I would be late), I was still joyfully accommodated. All staff who attended to me right from the service drive-in were pleasant, polite and professional. My service specialist, Byron, was magnanimous. Most importantly, I was all done in LESS THAN 1 HOUR! Coming from a night shift at work to this appointment, I couldn't be more grateful for a speedy and excellent service. Thank you, DeLuca staff!
