This was my 2nd routine service appointment with this dealership and I am more than impressed. Despite running late for the appointment (I called to let them know I would be late), I was still joyfully a dealership and I am more than impressed. All staff who attended to me right from the service drive-in were pleasant, polite and professional. My service specialist, Byron, was magnanimous. This is my second time needing to take my truck in, first time was regular 10,000 mile service. Second being a recall from Toyota.
