Have no idea how this dealership is still in business. Horrible, disgusting customer service. I noticed the only customers recieving help were customers of their own ethnicity. The car I was interested in was in very poor condition. I found the listing on TrueCar and I realized why the listint was over a month old. The car was sitting in between other vehicles which were all filthy inside and out, no info like price, year and/or condition. I dealer finally came to help but did not care to deal with us. I've read past reviews, I'd bet my savings I'll get the generic copy & paste "sorry for your experience." Deluxe Auto is trash, I'd be weary purchasing a car here. They're most likely selling salvaged vehicles as clean. If you aren't Korean or speak Korean stay far away from this dealer because they won't want to talk to or help you. It really does disturb me places like these are in business. Horrible and Disgusting. More

Called ahead of time to see a car. We came and the car had a blown head gasket. Nowhere in the description was this noted, nor did the dealership let us know ahead of time.
