I received a very nice vehicle BUT one of my must have was to have a remote start car because I have a small child. I was told that it came with the vehicle I purchased which was a 2019 stinger. Come to find out I received an aftermarket car and my crank start doesn't work. Also I haven't has the car a full week and my car is reading check system. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at DENA MOTORS.Unfortunately, my experience was far below the professional standards I expected from your dealership. service I recently received at DENA MOTORS.Unfortunately, my experience was far below the professional standards I expected from your dealership. From the outset, I encountered a lack of transparency regarding the pricing and financing options. The sales representative and the finance manager appeared disinterested and was not forthcoming with clear answers to my questions. Additionally, I wish that I knew then what I know now. They don’t allow you to have the vehicle checked by a licensed mechanic out before you buy. I bought a vehicle and three days later I had to put it in the shop. I don’t recommend anyone to do business with DENA MOTORS!!!!! They don’t honor their deals. They tell lies to sell defective cars More
