We purchased a 3-yr old travel trailer from Dennis Dillon RV. We noted on the original delivery ticket that the roof had black spots all over it and DDRV said they would have it cleaned. They promised that RV. We noted on the original delivery ticket that the roof had black spots all over it and DDRV said they would have it cleaned. They promised that the RV had been inspected "inside and out from top to bottom". We were told later that the cleaner could not get the spots off. The Outdoors RV needed a new roof! DDRV KNEW THE SPOTS WERE NOT DIRT. They had it inspected when they took it in trade, they saw the condition when they installed our solar panels, and they had a cleaner on top of the trailer! This is a consumer protection violation because they knew and did not disclose the issue. Now they won't even call us back. Shameful and Deceitful. Buyers Beware! More
We had an exceptional experience with Dennis Dillon from start to finish. It began with Kirk, our first salesman, who reached out with an incredible offer on a new 2024 Travato GL Van. He was quickly follow start to finish. It began with Kirk, our first salesman, who reached out with an incredible offer on a new 2024 Travato GL Van. He was quickly followed up by David, another knowledgeable salesman—and a van owner himself—who shared invaluable insights that helped us feel confident in our decision. Our financing process was just as smooth, thanks to Isaac Jacobs. A veteran and consummate professional, Isaac was transparent, helpful, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The parts and service team also went above and beyond. Bruce, Jason, and their resourceful “MacGyver” technician helped us get a ladder and spare tire installed, ensuring the van was fully prepped and ready for pickup. Theresa, stepping in for David, made sure we had everything we needed—including the keys to our new ride. From sales to service, every team member played a role in making this a truly positive experience. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Dennis Dillon to anyone in the market. The entire staff deserves recognition for a job well done. LTCs Hill More
I called DDRV to schedule an appt to repair a damaged axel on my Outdoors RV. I talked to the service department (Jason) who was extremely rude and dismissive. In my attempts to understand the timeline o axel on my Outdoors RV. I talked to the service department (Jason) who was extremely rude and dismissive. In my attempts to understand the timeline on the repairs Jason refused to answer my specific questions, continually talked over me and finally hung up the phone in mid conversation. I can't believe they employ persons in a customer facing role with his distasteful temperament and rude disposition. This company is the reason the RV industry has such a bad reputation. More

Weak dealer and staff. My MinnieWinnie is full of water (roof, slide, window, plumbing all leak). Bought new 7 mo ago. Don't visit the "Dillon Bad Dealer Crew" dealerships. My MinnieWinnie is full of water (roof, slide, window, plumbing all leak). Bought new 7 mo ago. Don't visit the "Dillon Bad Dealer Crew" dealerships. Bad reviews all over the net. Their Customer Service Mgr requested I call him. He hasn't worked there in 3 years and the phone numbers disconnected. A 3 yr old copy paste! How many people wrote bad reviews and got this same customer service manager that now works at Subway More
Was in the market for a Sprinter van and looked at many that were custom builds as well as direct from El Kapitan and Vanspeed. I saw an ad at Dennis Dylan RV on Facebook posted by Michael Luna (sales) for that were custom builds as well as direct from El Kapitan and Vanspeed. I saw an ad at Dennis Dylan RV on Facebook posted by Michael Luna (sales) for a 2024 Winnebago Revel for $139,999. I feel I had done sufficient analysis that I said I would take it and paid cash. I was interested in an extended warranty and I like to think I am well-versed in contracts, etc as I deal with in my daily job. However, Joseph (Finance Guy) had a hard time explaining the coverage. We had an agreement I would pay $4200 to have coverage on van and buildout expanded to 5 yr/ 100k miles. He prints out paperwork and it says 50k miles, He tried to explain that had nothing to do with what we discussed, I told him I really had no idea what he was trying to explain and it didn’t align with our conversation. He changed paperwork to reflect 100k miles, but still not sure what coverage I really have. Second, I am a MT resident so need to have van delivered out of state. I pay for this service and it is delivered to AZ. The van was not cleaned and had xxxx and toilet paper in toilet, dirt smudges on most counter surfaces, but big thing is that Active Distant Assist (cruise control) didn’t work. The screen pops up with message stating this and doesn’t disappear so hard to miss. I let Michael know my frustration was mounting and was told that I should be able to take to any MB dealer. 2000 miles and I need to take to MB and the nearest dealer is 330 miles away. Lastly, Joseph committed to me having all title work sent overnight to MT DMV on Monday (3/18) so they should have no later than 3/20. I go to DMV on 3/21 and there is no paperwork. I spent $1200 to fly to have registered and was unable to do. He is the epitome of a USED CAR SALESMAN. Turns out paperwork was never sent. I now will be canceling extended warranty as I trust nothing he said as every commitment from him has turned out to be a lie and cost me money. I will be seeking reimbursement for the travel and extended warranty. All that and I have a new van that has default equipment and there is no desire to make it right on their side! PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! More
We purchased a 2023 Micro Minnie FLX from DDRV in Boise, ID in April 2023. From our experience with Robert, our sales professional, to our financing officer Jerry. We had what we would sum up as outstandi ID in April 2023. From our experience with Robert, our sales professional, to our financing officer Jerry. We had what we would sum up as outstanding customer service. We have purchased a number of RV’s and certainly feel like this was our best experience. To continue the same quality and professional experience we returned to have warranty items addressed and Jerry our original finance person really showed up for us and made us feel like we were valued and an important customer even after the sale. Mike is our service advocate and through the entire process of review, communication with manufacturers, to the final repairs his communication with us was extremely responsive and we truly felt he was our repair and service advocate. We picked up our repaired trailer today and although we keep thinking the “other foot will drop” and we’d be let down, amazingly we have not! I would highly recommend anyone at DDRV. Although we didn’t get to meet the repair team fixing our trailer they too did quality work, thank you for the outstanding sales and service. We sincerely appreciate everything. We will be doing all our repair & services with DDRV in Boise. More
