I then looked for dealerships in the lower 48 that had the truck I was looking for in stock. I had opted not to wait for one to be built as the vehicle I was driving - my trusty old Ford - had become a rusty old Ford. I looked for Toyota dealerships in South Dakota as I was planning on taking a trip there. Of the dealerships I contacted via the internet, Black Hills Toyota responded promptly. I let them know what vehicle I was looking for and they assured me that they could have it available for me on the date I requested. This transaction took place almost entirely over the internet and each of my numerous and sometimes detailed questions regarding various options was answered promptly and accurately. They also responded in the same way to inquiries from my lending institution. Very little negotiation was made over price as I had done my research before-hand and so knew what the going cost was for one of these vehicles. In short, their internet sales department was professional and prompt. I was directed to a sales agent that was knowledgeable and courteous. No pitch was made, just confirmation of the sale and the date I would arrive to pick up the truck. Due to the thoroughness of all that they presented, I have yet to come upon something that hadn't been explained. I found myself that afternoon taking a pleasurable drive in my new truck through the beauty of the Black Hills in South Dakota.
