I used a dealer sent coupon to schedule my needed service only to find out when I arrived that it didn't work. So 2 hours later I finally got my oil change. So, I had my 2024 JLU Rubi in for a tire rotation and to install a couple of aftermarket undercarriage skid plates. Many of my visits are for professional installation of my upgrades! I’ve had some awful experiences over the years with so called “off-road shops.” Like always, my service advisor, Jim Ligorotis, squeezed me in, maintained great communication throughout, and arranged for my Uber rides to/from! He’s always super helpful and courteous. The service technician, Martin, is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job correctly installing my upgrades. Martin and Jim always address any concerns they have about proper fitment and safety BEFORE the installation! It’s nice to feel like I’m being looked after, as opposed to being taken advantage of. Nobody likes feeling like just another number. Sure, service at the dealership can be pricey, but for me it’s worth the satisfaction and confidence I feel when the work is done! I’m a customer for life! Kudos to the Service Department!! More

I have had very good service with the department even though I did not buy my car from them. They have always told me what was wrong and never tried to gouge me with adding things that were not necessary though I did not buy my car from them.
