I’ve purchased many vehicles throughout my lifetime, but this experience was fabulous. I’m also not one to leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure to share my positive experience. Honestly, I wasn’t necessarily needing to purchase a new vehicle but happened to test drive a Rubicon that I fell in love with. My sales person Jerred was extremely knowledge about the vehicle itself and all of the new functions and details that had been added to the JEEP since the last one I owned. I was really impressed with that. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, and I was torn on color and trim level. My decision process spanned across a week so trust me when I say he was extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness! That was really what brought me to make the decision to purchase from Denton Jeep specifically. Even though it took me a while to reach my decision once I decided which vehicle I wanted to purchase everything else went quickly. All of the paperwork was done. I didn’t have to sit at the dealership for hours upon end I literally just showed up, signed my paperwork and learned the new features on the vehicle and was out of there. Hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Thank you so much, Jerred! I’ll be a return customer for life! I also worked with the sales manager, Charlie. He was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. He took time to explain all of the details in the price sheet breakdown and let me ask all the questions! The Finance guy that I worked with was also very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything well and made sure that I got a payment I could afford.
