Randy Jackson came out into the pouring rain to see if he could help me when he saw me looking at cars on the lot. He showed me several cars on the lot, and when they were not what I was looking for, he had could help me when he saw me looking at cars on the lot. He made sure I was able to buy the car I wanted even though I suspect it may not have been the car he wanted to sell me, so he truly put this customer's satisfaction first. In addition, when I picked up the car, there were a couple of minor things that needed attention that had not been noticed before the sale was completed, and they were taken care of at my convenience and at no cost to me. When we stoped by this dealership we were just looking around not expecting to buy a car on this day. He asked what price range we were looking for and when we told him he said he beleived he knew what we were looking for and they had the car there in the dealership. We looked at the car, really liked it and then we started talking price. He was very understanding, worked things out for us so we could sign papers that day. Well need I say more, we signed the papers and are proud owners of a used/new to us, Ford. Mr. Vickers even delivered the car to us because there was no way we could pick the car up.
