From the time that I purchased the car & felt respected by the salesman to today when I took the car in for its first oil change, they m dealership. When I picked ip the Madza on April 22, 2025. The Battery was dead, the service Guy that I went to get, only jumped the battery, he said that it was sitting in the Sun for a couple of days. He asked me how far do I dive home, he said it will charge by then. I went to go start the Madza today on May,3, 2025. The Battery was Complete Dead, I charged it with the Car\Battery Charger, so I could take it to have tested. I battery charged to O'REILLY Auto Parts because this is when I bought it, the guy said that their were bad cells that were not keeping a Charge. The back passenger side tire was low on Air I only had 20 PSI in it today. The tire light on the dash was on when I picked up the Madza, The Service guy at the Madza said that the light will go off when I started driving out of the parking lot. The Tire light was still on today, May, 2025. It only had 20 Lbs in it. More

The Denton Service Manager John was very attentive to my confusion regarding the charge for my first service maintenance appointment. When purchasing my car in Irving, I was told that my car could be servi confusion regarding the charge for my first service maintenance appointment. When purchasing my car in Irving, I was told that my car could be serviced at any Mazda dealership. Upon the completion of my service appointment, I was asked to pay $80.77 which was completely unexpected. The Denton Mazda Service desk informed me that the first 2 courtesy appointments are free only at the dealership where the car was purchased- I told her that I wished I had known that before scheduling the appointment. I paid the $80.77 and am reaching out to Norm Reeves in Irving to see if they can help with this issue. More
