Best Mazda dealership I have ever been to. Xavier the service tech is always 10/10, I always hear Kassi at service working hard and doing right by customers. Service department has poor communication. Had a 2:30 appt on Friday. Told I would receive call by end of day for completion time. No phone call. I call sat morning. My first visit to have my car serviced here and I was very pleased. Patsy and Javiar (Jose) kept me well-informed, gave me a quote on replacement of the water sensor and a shock absorber, and completed t very pleased. The Service Manager, John , was very pleasant and assisted me when I was making my final payment. The final bill was above what the original estimate was, but John worked with me to settle it in an economical manner. I will definitely be returning. Many thanks to all involved. More

I took my phone to the dealer to get some work on it. Asked them to check both mirrors because there weren’t working the said the divers side mirror was broken but the other is fine. I had to keep calling to find out the status on my car… so disappointed More
