I was early but wish i had known it was going to be a 3 hour job so I could have gotten a ride and come back. Overall everything was as expected. Service Mgr new me by face and said hello. Tech attempted to keep me adivsed of status on my car but was awfully busy. I left my coupon at home but Chris did find me one i could utilize when checking out. I brought my 2008 Mazda 3 for an oil change and a general check up - and walked out with a brand new 2014 Mazda 3! Now, I wouldn't say I'm typically an easy sale, I'm usually very methodical and need to look check up - and walked out with a brand new 2014 Mazda 3! Now, I wouldn't say I'm typically an easy sale, I'm usually very methodical and need to look at my budget 17 times before I purchase something, but Jeremy and Cole made the deal irresistible. In general, they were no BS, no pressure kind of salesmen, and I didn't feel like I had to make a decision right then and there or the deal would be off the table. They weren't pushy at all, and that allowed me to head somewhere else and think about the deal for a while (and look at my budget 17 times). With a great offer on my trade-in and many other little things they offered me, we were able to reach the payment level I was looking for. And with that, my decision was made! The usually boring paperwork and financial stage was also a breeze, thanks to Don Cooper and his easy-to-understand methods. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I'm driving a much better car, and paying what I wanted to pay - and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would recommend the dealership, and specifically, those 2 guys to anyone. Thanks, guys! More
I am in the Air Force and I had to drive my Mazda 3 from Colorado to Dallas so it may be shipped to Germany. What I didn't do before I left was get a spare key made. Classic was the closest dealership to where I was and I am glad I went there! James, was the individual I worked with and he was awesome. I was in a time crunch as I had a flight back to CO later in the day. He got my vehicle in and the key made quickly. They also found out one of my engine brackets was broken, which would explain why my 3 had been vibrating while stopped in drive. After they repaired the bracket, there wasn't anymore vibrations and they also hand washed my car(which I needed to do before shipping it). To top it off James gave me a ride to the airport. Overall I had a great experience from this dealer and have to tip my hat to James Fife and everyone at Classic Mazda of Denton! More
