Great service! I decided to take my vehicle to a dealer since 2 other repair shops didn't seem to identify the problem that was causing the noise. I avoid taking my car to dealers for service because it seems like they always try to "sell" me something I don't need. All of the employees made me feel very comfortable and Sean was especially helpful in explaining all service charges and how they were determined. While I was waiting, various employees passed by, and all of them were smiling and made a point to say "hello". The service was completed very quickly and at a reasonable price. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! More
Ran out of inspection stickers! I went for an inspection and oil change. They took me right away without an appointment, even though they were obviously busy. The one issue is that they were out of inspection stickers! I have to go back another time, and someone will have to run through the inspection again before they can put a sticker on it! I'm leaving in a few days to be out of the country for 2 weeks, and my current inspection sticker will expire in that time. It's very inconvenient to have to go back to the dealership for the sticker when I'm busy preparing for my trip! The service staff was apologetic. More

I went to Destination Nissan to have crossbars installed on my Nissan Rogue; immediately upon arrival I was greeted outside by a very friendly service tech named Sean. Sean listened intently as I explained why I was there and that the reason I made an appointment rather than just "coming in" was because my schedule is a little hectic and I had another appointment I couldn't miss scheduled a few hours later. We then went inside where he wrote up my work order very quickly, at this time I also asked him if the rear cargo protector was now available since it wasn't available when I purchased my vehicle, he told me he would see what he could find and then showed us to the waiting area where he offered my young daughter and me fresh pastries, coffee, popcorn, etc. and a comfy place to sit. While we were waiting he came and checked on us several times and told me that he thought he found the mats I wanted but when he saw them he knew they weren't exactly what I was asking for (he told me he'd give me a call if they ever became available). When it was getting close to time that I needed to leave I approached Sean and let him know that I needed to leave in the next few minutes and he immediately went and found my vehicle (it was in the middle of being detailed-he told them to rinse it off) and immediately brought it to the front. He then finished up my paper work, double checking with me about the price I was quoted over the phone (because I told him when I got there how much I was quoted and it wasn't matching what the product price he had listed)...turns out I was quoted $25 too little over the phone (I told him it wasn't a big deal, I'll pay it) by another worker, so he adjusted the labor cost so it would even out and I'd pay what I was quoted over the phone. After I checked out with the very friendly cashier (didn't catch her name), Sean was waiting to open the door for me, then walked me to my car, opening the door for me to put my daughter in her car seat and waiting around until I was finished so he could shut the door for me too. I left Destination Nissan very happy with the service I received and kicking myself for not purchasing my vehicle from them in the first place! Destination Nissan should be very proud to have an honest, kind, caring, great listener like Sean working for them. Thanks again!!! More

Alignment 1. I would expect an alignment report, how the car was before alignment, (toe in, toe out, camber, front back etc) and how the car was left after th 1. At the end of the alignment of my wife's car, (which took 1 1/2 hours, which was not unusual). My car was double-parked by an employee. I didn't get to leave for a full 1/2 hour afterward. More

I am glad I did! Ed was very attentive to all of my concerns. He explained the entire process thoroughly and called me twice during the day to keep me informed of the repair progress. I arrived on time and was greeted immediately by at the door and the paperwork was taken care of. I was directed to the lounge area to wait and after a reasonable length of time, I was notified my vehicle was ready. I was also told that a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection had been completed and everything had passed and that they had also done a car wash at no additional expense. I took my invoice to the cashier and was greeted by the friendly woman working there. After paying what I consider an acceptable charge, I was on my way in a clean, inspected and comfortable vehicle. I believe in returning to where I am given good service and when I am given excellent service I definitely will return. More
Time is not a consideration This is the second time I have had to come in for service on my car, and the experience was once again....slow. The first time I had to get work done This is the second time I have had to come in for service on my car, and the experience was once again....slow. The first time I had to get work done they told me to drop my car off and they would work on it right away, when that was not the case. They had my car for a week because they had to order parts. Meanwhile, I had to rent a car for a whole week on their mistake of not letting me know they didn't have the parts in yet. A little bit of a heads up would have been helpful, because i wouldn't have dropped off my car so early and had to dish out the extra money for a rental. The most recent time I set up an appointment for a warranty recall repair and they told me that if I dropped it off early it would be done by afternoon the next day. Needless to say, I still don't have my car. When I called them on day 2 when it was supposed to be done they told me they wouldn't have enough time in the day for it to be done, and then today when I called they still wouldn't have it done until the end of the day. It's very clear time really isn't a factor in their work... More

Previously, I had had negative experiences (in one case, $300 of unnecessary work) any time I had taken my car to anywhere but "our guy", but Ed and his guys are terrific. They explain everything and I have complete peace of mind when I hand them my keys. They're absolutely terrific. They're "my guys" now! More
