The staff checked with me before doing things that added to my bill to make sure I was aware and okay with the small safety issues they wanted to fix.. Such as a turn signal light. No surprise costs at the end to stun me or make me mad. This is a great team approach to us as the customers.. We are the most important piece of their sercice/work.
