Salesman Pierre continues to lie about being able to get front license plate bracket,floor mats & owners manual...I brought truck for warranty covered repairs,had 2 issues,they repaired only 1..waited for o front license plate bracket,floor mats & owners manual...I brought truck for warranty covered repairs,had 2 issues,they repaired only 1..waited for over 6 hours before being told the status of my truck & having the dealer arrange for courtesy car..lost a day of work.I waited for over a week for repairs to be completed..I complained to Chevrolet.This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced...They don't seem to care..Salesperson Pierre lies constantly,service worker Darrel does'nt listen & has no communication skills whatsoever...I would'nt recommend Kingdom Chevrolet to my worst enemy....New/Used car buyers beware!!! More

Great experience from start to finish. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by my salesperson and taken to there indoor used car showroom where the vehic price over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by my salesperson and taken to there indoor used car showroom where the vehicle I wanted was already clean. We had already agreed on a price and there were no hidden charges when I did my paperwork. I was in and out quickly and it was a painless experience> I will reccomend all my friends and family frank More

They will push you to buy the car the same day instead of taking home the paper work to look it over and come back. You will sign things that are not what they say it is, nor will you figure it out until it taking home the paper work to look it over and come back. You will sign things that are not what they say it is, nor will you figure it out until it is to late. There is NO warranty at all on used cars unless you buy an extended warranty for a few thousand. They did not tell me this until i bought the car and needed something fixed which was already broken when i bought it. Also, while i was waiting for service to be done on my vehicle, i saw quite a few people walk out complaing about the dealer and how they woukd never buy a car there. So basically just go to another chevy dealer there are plenty more. Anderson chevy on irving park and laramie in chicago seems a lot better to deal with. More
