Dial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I saw there ad on TV and checked their website for a car and saw they had what I wanted 2012 Camaro with RS package. I submit an inquiry online and a guy named Juan called me back. I informed him that I d and saw they had what I wanted 2012 Camaro with RS package. I submit an inquiry online and a guy named Juan called me back. I informed him that I didn't want to talk to an internet sales guy and wanted to talk directly to a salesman. He swore he was the direct salesman that I'd be working with and that they didn't have an internet sales department. I go into the dealership and someone else takes care of me and low and behold Juan LIED TO ME!!! I REALLY HATE being lied to and he could've just said he would get me a salesman so I could talk on phone to them, explain my situation and get the truth but instead Juan had me waste my gas and time for a lie so I should've walked out the door at that point realizing that if this dealership has reps lying on the phone that they didn't deserve my business. Needless to say the actual salesman Fred Stevens was a good guy and treated me fairly. He wasn't able to get the deal done but he seemed straight up and had I talked to him on the phone I wouldn't wasted time and gas driving over there. Unfortunately for Fred I cannot recommend this dealer to my worst enemy because of the lies and deceit of Juan. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
