Following an online and then phone chat with dealer representatives I went there to view their used inventory. All cars seen were labeled As-Is/No Warranty. They were all dirty and smelly. I was quickly ready to leave but pressed to give one a test drive. They would not bend on their NO WARRANTY rule but I ending up putting money down on the vehicle. They had washed the exterior however left the interior very dusty. They allowed me to leave with the vehicle. I was to come back the next morning with a money order for the balance. Further inspection turned up a broken rear wiper motor, a turning signal, a trunk pull down strap, ignition starts that did not hold. A online review of Kelley Blue Book showed they were trying to sell me a car at $1K over what it was listed for on KBB. They told me it got C-16/H-23. KBB say 15/21. At the onset the salesman told me a V6 was a V6 and Liters did not mean any significant difference. I returned the car the next day. They were decent enough to refund my $1K down without argument. I feel they offer you no incentives, no warranties just dirty/smelly used cars with problems and try to make you purchase extended warranties with pricing contradictions and other deception. They kept touting 5 Star. I do not feel they are worthy. I would not recommend them. More
