They intentionally try to deceive you! I drove over two hours to check out a couple of used vehicles they had listed on their official website. When I got there, I discovered that both vehicles had significantly more miles on them than what was listed on the website. One in particular was listed at 13,000 miles, but actually had over 57,000 miles on it! When I questioned them about it (I spoke with two salesmen, their sales manager, the internet sales manager, and the general manager), they gave me all kinds of lame excuses and tried to convince me that the vehicles were still great deals, which they weren't with so many excessive miles already on them. It's been a couple of weeks and I noticed that even though they are aware of the discrepancy, they still haven't changed the information on their website or on here. This dealership is the kind that gives car salesmen a bad name! More

I knew exactly which car I wanted did a test drive and the process after to actually purchase the vehicle and get my license plates was horrible. There was no negotiation only 3 hours of back and forth where they offered me absolutely nothing every time. It was a game. I left that day and spoke over the phone with salesman and I decided to pay the original price they wanted. When I came in to get the car they had reserved it for both me and another client! Luckily the salesman somehow "worked it out" that I got to buy the car. I paid in full and waited in the dealership for 6 hours for the paperwork to get completed. 6 hours!! Next came my license plates. I was never informed that I would have to to come back to south Chicago dodge to get my license plates. I am not familiar with a no mailing policy that they said exists for license plates. I have been out of state and called to get my license plates. They told me you have two options you can come get the license plates or have a family member get them. After telling them that I had no family in the South Chicago Dodge area, Tom Szucs, the manager, just kept on insulting me. I asked why they couldn't mail, his response was the same, We Don't Mail. When asked why cant you mail, can I use a ups authorized and insured carrier, can I hire an uber driver to pick it up and mail it, same response, No we don't mail. No further explanation, just no solution repeatedly. Also, he told me it was my for not knowing that license plates can't be mailed. He then suggested I fly back to Illinois to get the license plates, or also you live in Illinois you must have friends. Excuse me ? I didn't know buying a car required having friends willing to drive 2 hours for my license plates. After 30 minutes of negotiating, he then told me he no longer would let me have friends or family pick up the license plates and I had to come personally because I had wasted his time. I am not kidding this is what Tom Szucs said to me when I was trying to get the license plates I had paid for along with a $20,000 car at his business. Threatening, rude, basically calling me dumb and absolutely no solving any problem to get my license plates. I ended up having to call a courier company and have the courier lie and say she was my cousin to pick up the plates. They made her wait for 45 minutes to get them costing me an additional $20 in fees. Please do not go to South Chicago Dodge. My sister bought her car for a similar price at Grossinger Toyota in Chicago a month later and she was treated much better and I recommend going there for similar prices and a much better experience. I would never return to South Chicago Dodge or deal with Tom Szucs ever again. It is not worth any deal you might think you are getting, you aren't. More

Had three text message conversations. Just asking if the car is there, still no one take this off. Reported to Autotrader.
