My experince with Darnell, a sales representative was outstanding and great. I went in to purchase a used vehicle and with a pre approved auto loan with a high interest. I did not want a credit check b outstanding and great. I went in to purchase a used vehicle and with a pre approved auto loan with a high interest. I did not want a credit check because of too many inquires and insisted no credit check, he pleaded with me and i finally allowed the credit check and within 1 hour i was approved for a new auto loan, with a low credit score and lower interested rate than what i had walked in with. Thanks Darnell for a fantastic job and an experience i would never forget. Calls back 10 days later saying we forgot to verify info if you can confirm... Then I called about my plates and title. 30 days and state still doesn't have anything from them. Lady hangs up on me when I called. I will under no condition ever refer anyone to them. I would even hesitate going back there if they gave me 50% off! That was the worst customer service I've ever seen!! More
