2nd time I have not been contacted when my vehicle was ready after having my oil changed. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am and had heard nothing by 5pm. I called and I was told they weren't able to get throu ready after having my oil changed. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am and had heard nothing by 5pm. I called and I was told they weren't able to get through to my cell number by using their landline. No other steps were taken to resolve the issue. No text was sent and no email and Nothing is wrong with my cell phone. Was given nothing but excuses when picking up my car. Will likely not be coming back to do business here. More
I dropped my truck off for just an oil change at 830. My service rep stated it would take an hour or hour and half. She left shortly after that and didn’t return. I sat in the lobby for 4 hours before I realized my truck had been done for presumably a couple hours. I then had to ask for help from someone else to check out. I understand things happen, but communication within the department and the customer would go a long way. More
