I had questions about two different trucks I saw online. He wrote d I hope everyone at Diamond Buick is as informative and helpful as Cory (salesman). I had questions about two different trucks I saw online. He wrote down my questions about cosmetics and performance. He said he would call me right back and 15 min later I started receiving pictures of cosmetic flaws ("scratches, chips, dings, dents, anything at all were my exact words"). The trucks were accurately described as in the ad. He showed me the most minuet flaws. He was very thorough. What really impressed me though, is he took the time and physically went out to the lot and familiarized himself with the trucks. I am EXTREMELY picky. I could tell he was very honest and he genuinely wanted me to love my purchase. He seemed like he knew exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I ended up finding something else. I called him to break the bad news and explain the situation. He not only understood but seemed like he was happy that I found the truck I needed. Bravo to you Cory!! When I need my next vehicle, Diamond Buick GMC of Alexandria will be the first place I look!!! More
