When I came in, I asked to see my cabin filter because I wanted to know if it was clean or dirty I wanted to see it myself. I also let the gentleman know I was waiting for the oil change to be done after an wanted to know if it was clean or dirty I wanted to see it myself. I also let the gentleman know I was waiting for the oil change to be done after an hour and a half I went to the gentleman who I checked in with he didn’t remember me And he walked over to the window to the cashier who said that she’s had the paperwork for a really long time and finally put it away in the drawer. This was horrible service and it was stamped on there waiting. More

Been coming to this dealership for over 2 years now and the people who work on my car service is usually prompt until my last visit. I had an appointment, came on time to be sure I get my car out on time t the people who work on my car service is usually prompt until my last visit. I had an appointment, came on time to be sure I get my car out on time too, but just oil change and tire rotation took them 1 hour and a half to do! Made me late for work and everything was ruined from there! I did two follow up how long my car would be ready and Ryan told me in a few minutes or it’ll be out now but it was all xx. And they seem doesn’t care,it takes just one terrible experience and you wouldnt want to come back to this place anymore! No! I wouldn’t recommend this place for customers who have better things to do. The service department doesn’t care and do not value their customers time! More

We made an appointment for a oil change, we dropped car off at 3.03 there were no back line of cars, after one hour we checked and they said that, they were rotateting the tires, 15 minutes later they said off at 3.03 there were no back line of cars, after one hour we checked and they said that, they were rotateting the tires, 15 minutes later they said that, they were resetting the system, 1.28 minutes later, the car was given to us,no resetting was done. Bad service!!! More
