I went for my regular oil change. I had scheduled it for 8:00am, right as they opened and there were three cars ahead of me all getting the same thing. It took 2 and a half hours for I had scheduled it for 8:00am, right as they opened and there were three cars ahead of me all getting the same thing. It took 2 and a half hours for my oil to get changed, and they still did not have a sensor part that was ordered at the beginning of July, and it is now mid-September. I usually like this service as they are normally quick and efficient but lately they seem to be having issues. More
Buying a car is probably one of my least favorite purchases because of the typical high pressure sales tactics from the salesman, sales manager, and financing departments. I have to say that this experience was not typical. The salesman (Richard "Diamond" Hill & Albert), sales manager (can't recall his name), and finance manager (Freddy Ramirez) were all extremely professional and low pressure. I test drove the vehicle the week before I purchased it. I spoke with the Richard on a few occasions over the phone, presented my offer and was able to negotiate a deal. I let them now I had a trade and price I was hoping to get for my trade. When I went in to finalize the purchase Albert helped because it was Richard's day off. Albert was professional and picked up right where Richard left off. The deal did not change, there was no pressure to add items that I did not want, they offered me a fair price for my trade, and they helped me get through the purchase process in a reasonable amount of time so that I could get on with my life. I will definitely be back to purchase another car from Diamond in Banning! Ask for Richard or Albert and you for sure will not be disappointed! More
