Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My husband and I drove from OC because the truck I wanted they had. Made and appointment and even confirmed the truck was on the lot. When we show up the next day, they tried to tell me the truck I saw online was a different truck. Then when trying to sell me a “similar” truck they told me I should just “settle”. The absolute worst! We asked if a car listed online was physically on the lot and they said yes come check it out. Worst experience I've ever had with a sales department. Initial contact and test drive was good, but when I started questioning the $5200 add ons, and $3000 markup, Marcos became really aggressive, and co Initial contact and test drive was good, but when I started questioning the $5200 add ons, and $3000 markup, Marcos became really aggressive, and condescending "customer is always right but, screw you" (Not exact words, but that's how it came across). At that point my attitude changed as well. Never came close to a deal, and the general sales manager came in towards the end with an aggressive attitude as well. Please stay away from these guys. More
