On the good side, the customer service name Antonio was good in communication but the technician/ mechanic was not trustworthy because he broke the hose of the engine and didn’t tell me when I pulled out m good in communication but the technician/ mechanic was not trustworthy because he broke the hose of the engine and didn’t tell me when I pulled out my car since I cannot afford their estimated cost of repair for $7,561.78. They admitted their mistake, but when I returned my car to fix the broken hose, the customer service name Emilio declined my request of rental car , so I wasn’t able to go to work while waiting for the new hose for almost 3days. We bought the gasket cover and other parts to this dealership but unfortunately he gave us wrong parts so the problem of my car got worst. For the 3rd time we brought back the car to this dealership because of missing engine valve cover bolts when they fixed the hose but this time they denied it , so I had to pay another $584 for the bolts to other auto repair shop who fixed my car for less than $4k which is almost half price of the quote of this dealership. I will definitely not recommend this place to other people. More
I came in for a transfer case issues on my truck and Joe Gutierrez jumped on it right away. He did everything he could do get it done the same day, but when they were unable to he quickly worked to get me a Gutierrez jumped on it right away. He did everything he could do get it done the same day, but when they were unable to he quickly worked to get me a rental for the weekend. First, I want to say that I've continued going to this dealership out of convenience, but every visit is tense. The service department makes it very clear that they're doing us a favor by keeping them in dealership out of convenience, but every visit is tense. The service department makes it very clear that they're doing us a favor by keeping them in business and employed. They do the bare minimum. Throughout the years, I've left with a small box that attaches to something beneath the steering wheel, broken. I still have the piece in my car, and when I brought it back, they had no idea how to fix it. On my last service visit, they didn't reset the engine oil warning light, and when I asked them to, the guy seemed as if it were a bother. And gosh, their customer service sucks. Really, it's easy to internalize and say they're behaving that way toward me, as it is the human response, but on a Next Door post, so many people weighed in about their crappy customer service. Although I have seen them being very kind to some people and not so kind to others. Picking and choosing. Horrible. They're horrible in this way. Actually, last year I purchased a battery from the dealership, and it died in my driveway. An AAA technician came out to restart the car and may have blown a fuse. Now, granted, if you go onto the service calendar, they have all these time slots open. But the guy in the service department, I should've gotten his name, tells me I can bring my car in and give them three days to look at it, not including the weekend. And he repeats it like he's reading a script. It was so annoying. So I say, even if I go online and book an appointment, I have to leave it for three days so you can check the fuse box? Then he commences to repeat the script. I booked an appointment for tomorrow because he told me that to my face. You benefit from being the only big dealership in town, but from tomorrow onward, I will inconvenience myself and drive to Palm Springs or to a dealership where reviews say the service department values customers. I purchased two cars from Diamond Chevrolet, but because of their service department, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership ever again. More

Left my car there for approximately 9 hours, I attempted to call for an update no answer. Instead of receiving a phone call I receive a text message from the service rep Emilio about what the issue was. A t to call for an update no answer. Instead of receiving a phone call I receive a text message from the service rep Emilio about what the issue was. A text message? Why not a phone call? Seems lazy to me. I just got this car in October at 9 k miles and already need to replace the rotors. The staff here just seem so unprofessional and lazy. More
