Not very customer oriented. I made an appointment included shuttle service back home while I wait for service to be done but they said no service in Saturday. While waiting some of the sales team were loud, slapping the walls more than once and had conversations between themselves that should have been behind closed doors. Coffee area was dirty and trash can was overflowing. Restrooms were nice and clean. More

I was in a panic because I never had a new car before, they handled it very calmly and put my mind at ease doing an inspection and all that stuff for me and making sure that I felt OK. This time around was MUCH better than the last, although they still kept my car for 4 days without any loaners available. Part not in stock and the extended warranty people slowing down the approval process they still kept my car for 4 days without any loaners available. Part not in stock and the extended warranty people slowing down the approval process, were the reasons given this time around. (I paid plenty for my extended warranty, so how annoying for them to drag out the approval.) On the bright side, Emilio was friendly, straightforward, and apologetic when he knew he was giving me info I wouldn’t love. Night and day from the service department staff handling my car the previous time I brought it in. The ability to call in and speak to a human immediately, including operator/reception and the service department, was also a big improvement. I hope this is a continuing trend for Diamond, but I won’t commit to recommending them wholeheartedly until I’m sure. More
