The good experience begins before I reach the dealership because of the alert I received that I required an oil change. They meet me at the car and politely direct me in which feels like "old home week" as I know all of the agents! They speak, which is rare in today's "cold stare" society. I'm guided to a COMFORTABLE seat which is in the clean lobby, enjoy a hot cup of decaf coffee with my Equal and some creamer because they care. The bathroom is always so clean. The experience is nice. I then receive my car keys after paying for the wonderful service where they don't try making up stuff to charge me for in this Diamond experience. They point to my car which they placed so thoughtfully right there outside of the waiting room in the shade! So far I have had my Cadillac, my Chevy Cruz and now my Trailblazer there. When I was there, getting my oil changed, and it was time to pick.up my car, I drove to the store. Got out of the car. And for him to tell me to hold on a second he’s trying to get this done. I stood there and waited too long so I went to the next service station and the young man got me in. That’s ridiculous that’s not Customer Service.!! More
