I recently brought my truck to Diamond Chevrolet in banning CA for an oil change and to address a coolant reservoir warning light on my dashboard. After dropping it off, I didn’t hear anything for four days until I received a call saying the truck was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I decided to inspect it. To my surprise, I noticed what appeared to be oil leaking from the newly replaced oil filter. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and they took the truck back into the shop—only to wipe the leaking oil off with a rag rather than actually addressing the issue. To make matters worse, less than an hour after leaving the dealership, the coolant warning light came back on, despite the invoice claiming that the reservoir and sensor had been replaced. This service cost an outrageous $1,100, and yet the original problems remain unresolved. The lack of quality and attention to detail is extremely frustrating, and I’m left questioning whether my vehicle was properly serviced at all. I expected far better from a professional service department. I hope others carefully consider this experience before bringing their vehicle here for service. More

15k mileage truck in an out of dealership for 2 mo. No communication at the beginning and truck sat with no repairs being made. Parts not available. GM auth transmission change instead of valve body. Picked up truck and drove it and discovered clunking sounds from back end. After I inspected underneath the truck, I discovered skid plate bolts started but not torqued. Battery ground disconnected. Trick still makes noise and hesitant to bring it back to the same dealership. Very disappointed in service after buying an 80k truck from them. Will seek repairs and future maintenance elsewhere. More
