The service department was excellent once you are there in person to have the work performed. Unfortunately the phone systems is very lousy. Took me over 2 days and several calls to make the appointment wi in person to have the work performed. Unfortunately the phone systems is very lousy. Took me over 2 days and several calls to make the appointment with the service department. Even asked to talk with the on duty service manager and was put through to a voice mail and that person never returned the call. Jessica Des Jardins, my Service Advisor, was excellent to work with. Highly recommend working with her if you can. More
