Excellent customer service from Dante, Quick Lane Service Advisor, he took care of three of my vehicles in a span of a coupe of days. I was a walk-in customer for all the service performed on my vehicles. Tw Advisor, he took care of three of my vehicles in a span of a coupe of days. I was a walk-in customer for all the service performed on my vehicles. Two of my cars were serviced on the same day, and the other a couple of days later. I got a complete detail of all the service recommendations for each vehicle, one as the vehicle was being worked on and others when I picked the vehicles. He went over the Vehicle Check Up form on each vehicle highlighting each inspection category and explaining each one. He gave me an accurate quote on repair service recommended for one of the vehicles. I now have a Diamond Ford Quick Lane Service in Palmdale, closer to my residence, which I will try the next time I need service. I'm sure they will be just as professional, as Dante. He told me he oversaw the service advisors training prior to their grand opening. More
Communication with the service department at this dealership is very poor. Ive called and ive texted, i also sent emails to the general manager and i still havent gotten a response. I had to go in person to get any answers about my vehicle and i also called ford corporate and the BAR to leave a complaint. Its been about a month and the GM did not get back to me at all and he hasnt been to work so i couldn't speak with him in person. His answering machine is full, so i couldnt even leave a message. Ive contacted brook the service manager and left a message to give me a call and never recieved one. I am very upset and disappointed about this dealership and its one of the worst experiences i have ever had. I suggest new management. More
The service department is a friendly and professional department. The waiting area is comfortable and spacious.
