Jessica, service manager at Diamond Ford was great to work with. She also avoided damage to my motorhome when the technician, not paying attention, almost drove under a roof that was too shallow for the work with. Ive never been screwed this bad in my life. I brought my Ford 450 in to have the bolts in my exhaust manifold replaced. No other repairs were authorized. Mr. Di Giovani took it upon his self to I brought my Ford 450 in to have the bolts in my exhaust manifold replaced. No other repairs were authorized. Mr. Di Giovani took it upon his self to replace my turbos. I knew one was leaking and went along with it. 5 months go by and no turbos available. So I call him and tell him to do nothing more and button up my truck because I'm having heart issues and have to go back to Washington state to my doctor. So he doesn't listen and takes the head off and gives me some xxxxxxxx about he has to send it out.. What a useless bunch of people and useless business. I've never seen anything like this. I'll be writing to the state attorney general of California, the BBB and Ford Motor Company. there seems to be a lot of peoplewith the same opinions. Our Ford F550 has been to this dealer 3 Times for the same Computer issue- This time it has sat on the lot untouched for 16 days as of today- We have Stargard on the truck and it tells me if the truck ha same Computer issue- This time it has sat on the lot untouched for 16 days as of today- We have Stargard on the truck and it tells me if the truck has been moved or started. Would not recommend this dealer for any work. Have been trying since March to fix a problem and all I get is stories. Your service advisor Dan has no integrity at all.
