Have had vehicle for almost a week for service. Kept asking for money for "diagnosis." Have people as service writers who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and lack any experience what asking for money for "diagnosis." Have people as service writers who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and lack any experience whatsoever. Had to consistently call and for information myself, not info from dealer. Also refused to perform recall notice which is required by law until I paid $3200 for other repairs. Run far away from this dealership. They are dishonest, their repair work is shoddy and will try to bleed you for every dime possible. More
The service department was clean, friendly, and efficient. While your pricing structure is "dealership" level, I expected that as wasn't surprised. I did appreciate how hard the service tech worked efficient. While your pricing structure is "dealership" level, I expected that as wasn't surprised. I did appreciate how hard the service tech worked to help make sure my Ford Pass points could be used to pay for part of the service experience. More

I called the 21st Oct because all my system were malfunctioning and was told to bring in my 2019 F-150. Arrived at service at about 0800. Keri Spencer is my service tech. I explained that it "might malfunctioning and was told to bring in my 2019 F-150. Arrived at service at about 0800. Keri Spencer is my service tech. I explained that it "might be" a rat problem. She got my truck in immediately and within two hours, it was confirmed that the rats had eaten through some of the wires, they had the parts to repair it but it wouldn't be covered under warranty and cost would be $500.00. I agreed and continued to wait, a hour or so later Keri called me in and showed me a bolt from the left front brake calipher. Keri said, "The tech had told her that someone had used to much lock-tight and that bolt stripped out while they were removing the calipher. A new calipher had to be ordered and would be on Friday, Oct. 23 but the tech that was working on my truck would be "Off" on Friday so it would be Monday before my truck would be ready. I would also have to pay an additional $281.00 for the new calipher because wasn't covered under the warranty. I live an hour away, there was no 'loaners' available and a rental wasn't offered because the warranty wasn't involved. The rental cost $138.00. If the dealership broke it, shouldn't THAT be covered under warranty? Auto manufacturers coat the wires with a soy based oil, so they bait the trap but then don't set it... So go figure, you break it you pay for it, they break it and you pay for that, too? More
