Hello, We appreciate you leaving a rating and providing us feedback. The rodent problem is really bad these days. I recommend all customers look in their garage or where you park for droppings or tracks. Unfortunately, AV Ford doesn’t decide what is covered, the manufacturer does. In most of the cases, the failed component replaced by warranty coverage has to be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. In the case of the overtightened bolt or too much locktite, if our tech was the one that caused the problem with the bolt, it shouldn’t be you that pays the rental(happy to check into that). Unfortunately, we do not control how the manufacturer makes or coats the wiring.
