What I want to tell Doug is that Bill Sidener has been thee most engaging advisor we have ever dealt with. Bill should be the employee of the century. Since our first interactions with Carlos in 2015, introducing us to Bill, who in so many words "would take care of us"; we didn't realize what that truly meant. I didn't have an appointment and I knew I could be sitting around for an hour or two, but I figured I'd just show up before 7 and see how it would work out. Bill Sidener got things rolling, and I settled in for a long wait; there were two other customers that arrived before me. Must've have been my lucky day.
