THE WAITING TIME FOR SERVICE TO BE PERFORM IS NOT GOOD. WAITED FROM 9:44 TO ABOUT 2:30PM FOR MY VEHICLE JUST FOR A BATTERY REPLACEMENT AND I GUESS NEEDED TO BE LOOKED AT THE REASON IT WAS NOT WORKING. I recently purchased a vehicle, Ford Five Hundred at a different dealership. I took my vehicle for the first time for an oil change. Kathy assisted me. She was very professional and curtious. Kathy examined my key and informed me that she could have another one made for me. Kathy sold me a new key, and an oil change, and inclusive provided me with a membership rewards card the allows me to save everytime i get service. I was satisfied with the service that Kathy gave me. She made a big difference and i felt that i established a relationship with AV Ford. Josh worked on my vehicle and was able to answer all questions in a way i could undertand. I appreciate josh's fast service and extensive automotive knowledge. Went in for my schedule oil change, was out fast, and they even washed the car. The new lounge at the dealership is wonderful, the wireless service provided for free makes the wait time, which is short, they even washed the car. I took my truck in to take advantage of a great special for an oil change and filter. Ray from the Service Dept. called and pointed out the truck needed new brake pads. Although I was going to change them myself, I had the Service Dept. do it and they did a great job. They also did a 70,000 mile check up which saved me a lot of time.
