Dropped my truck off the night before using their "Drop Box" for my keys, super convenient for me. Got a call before 10;00am that the service was done and it was ready for pick-up. I had asked if it could be done by 2:00pm, so before 10:00am was great! When my wife went to pick it up, they had even done an exterior wash which it desperately needed. I did not know they would be doing that, so it was a nice touch. The price is also right. Another dealer near my work charges what seems like double for the same service. When I first walked in I thought that Keri was brushing me off because she was talking fast but boy was I WRONG. While i waited i chated with a gentleman who is retired by the name of Jack(please excuse if I got his name wrong)who offered me one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time, he even gave me a couple of tips on trading stocks. The service is fast and accurate unlike the typical garage/mechanic shop, where you go and have to wait hours while you have to bear the ungodly cigarette smoke and foul language.I will absolutely be going back and will not be taking my Ford F150 to anyone else. One actually feels good about leaving a car there. These ladies at AV Ford provide the finest service experience I’ve ever encountered. Although this is a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury dealer, I’m going to bring my Chrysler, Jeep and GMC vehicles to the Quick Lane for service from now on. I received excellent and speedy service this last time. I had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done with had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done within 2 hours as stated. I was extremely happy and even gave him a hug! I appreciate the customer care I recaive because I can go to any dealership with my truck, so this is the most important thing for me. I use to be down in North Hollywood with a dealership for over 24 years, since I bought my first car at 16, because of the quality of service and mostly the customer service I ALWAYS received.
