Since ownership changed the service is declining. Very frustrating that the hood of my truck was not closed completely, major safety hazard. I had to pull.over in the freeway to close it. Brought my vehicle in on Dec. 21 with a check engine light, and a transmission service warning. They diagnosed it told me I needed to service the transmission and change the fluid 21 with a check engine light, and a transmission service warning. They diagnosed it told me I needed to service the transmission and change the fluid. #1 this cost me $1500.00, I have never heard of a $1500.00 transmission service in my life, never doing that again. Did the work and a couple of days later the same issue returned. Brought it back on Dec. 27. And it was now an issue with the electronics in the shifter. They ordered parts and Terri told me they should have them by Wednesday the Jan. 3rd, since it was only a few days, told her to just keep the vehicle, this second visit for the same issue was going to cost me another $800. The third came and went with no word. Tried to get a hold of her. Has issues returning calls. Finally on Wed. the 10th found out the part is back ordered and not available and was told possibly mid-February. GM was on a nationwide search for the part. Decided to remove my vehicle from Diamond and I then took it to another local GM dealership. They had obtained the unavailable part, they found it locally at another dealership, and had it fixed within 24 hours of dropping it off. And on top of that they figured out how to do it under warranty, it cost me nothing. Now that's service, Diamond needs a lesson on this. Terri needs work with her people skills, she has a take it or leave it attitude. And if I am going to compare her to the other service advisor at the other GM dealership, complete night and day, she fails. I will not be back. More

Contacted dealership to purchase the car at the price that was advertised on the web. I was told by Mike that management had approved a $1500.00 discount. I have his text message as proof. When I arrived that was advertised on the web. I was told by Mike that management had approved a $1500.00 discount. I have his text message as proof. When I arrived at the dealership to sign contracts, I was only given a $1500.00 and management refused to honor the price Mike quoted ! On top of that they tacked on $2500 worth of "options" I didn't request, nor was this disclosed to me. Also unwanted gap insurance was added. Only after 30 minutes of arguing were these items removed, but still the price quoted was not honored. On top of that, they had a trainee in the finance office that was clearly not trained. He was trying his best, but it was made difficult with management yelling at him. The whole thing was very stressful. I will not be using Diamond in the future, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
