Took my truck in because it was inoperable but after your diagnosis your team “iris” said it was a battery fault, I believed her and had my daughter pick up my truck to bring home. Next day (today) I drive it to work or attempted and I completed stalled and had AAA come to assist again. Took into another shop 50 miles away and they said it’s not a faulty battery. So here I am again attempting to get it fixed because the place I bought it from was no help and service was horrible. Mid diagnosis. I will be going public with this type of service. You risked my daughter’s life and mine. More

Took in for tire rotation & to have EV charger looked at. TPS was not recalibrated & had to take back to have it reset. Our charger is not consistently working & we are unable to get car charged all at onc TPS was not recalibrated & had to take back to have it reset. Our charger is not consistently working & we are unable to get car charged all at once. Even the car gives the message “try a different cord”. Was told it charges just fine. It does not. Try listening to your customer. Very frustrating! More
