They just don't care. Francisco apologized and always made me feel like he cared. Had my car in there for almost 2 months on and off and I understand cars can't get fixed but Max told me basically if they can't fix it I can't get smogged. So I'm on the hook for 12,000 for a car I can't smog? That just had duct tape on it??? Apparently it's fine to duct tape under someone's hood and just never give an explanation. It wasn't a little tape it was A LOT. I'll never go back. Got rid of the car and got a Toyota, which I highly recommend that dealership. More

I thought that when I took my car in for maintenance, that the oil was changed, tires rotated, and the fluids in the car were checked and possibly filled. I was told that my coolant fluid was low and tha that the oil was changed, tires rotated, and the fluids in the car were checked and possibly filled. I was told that my coolant fluid was low and that I had to pay over $200 to check for leaks. Decided to check myself and realized that none of my fluids had been filled in a while and they were all very low. I filled all the fluids in the car myself and it’s been a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed any leaks. I feel like they have been doing a very poor job and they only want to charge me more money for unnecessary repairs. And I’m also upset because they told me that my brakes were bad and needed to be changed. I wasn’t having any problems with my brakes but I trusted them and paid over $700 to fix them. Now I feel like they just ripped me off. I’m never taking my car to them again, cause I don’t trust them anymore and I don’t trust the work that they do. More

Had an appointment, couldn't be checked in because employee was late. Was charged for a tire rotation as part of the oil change and tires weren't rotated, and as simple as life meters on the dash were employee was late. Charge at vehicle pick-up was ~$70 more than quoted only 2 hours earlier when I was notified the car was ready. Service agent handling the pick-up was not the one who worked with me all day. She was not the slightest bit interested in determining why the charge was higher. She diverted her attention to other customers when it became apparent this was not going to be simply a run credit card and hand over keys and paperwork interaction. She was sullen, lethargic, uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead offering excuses that didn't even account for the problem. In the end, giving me a discount to make the problem go away without ever explaining why the discrepancy occurred in the first place. In total, rude and unresponsive customer service. I live locally, bought the car at this dealership and have always had it serviced there, but this incident has made me consider going out of my way to have future servicing done elsewhere. I want to make clear that this review derives solely from my interaction with the second service agent. Not at all from my interaction with the first service agent. More
